The Civil Process Unit falls under the Administrative Services Division. Its purpose and function is to serve legal court papers. The Civil Process Unit is comprised of four deputies. These deputies are responsible for serving all civil papers issued by the courts. Examples of these papers include jury summonses, court subpoenas, criminal subpoenas, and
evictions.

The Civil Process Unit also conducts Sheriff’s Sales.
