Purpose:

The Development Plans Review division is charged with design oversight for all County owned public streets and associated storm drainage systems. The Road Code and Standard Specifications provide design and construction guidance. The Road Code applies to all County maintained streets, streets intended for dedication to the County, and proposed private roads outside of the incorporated towns.
