Cecil County bills taxes on a fiscal year that runs from July 1 through June 30. The tax bills are mailed on July 1st of each year. For information on our tax bill process please see Real Property Taxes.

The Mass Payment File for our tax year beginning July 1 will not be available until middle or late June of each year.

Likewise, the mass payment file for the second half of the semi-annual payment (which is due in December) will not be available until the middle or late November of each year.
