The Cecil County LEPC is strongly committed to the safety of the county's citizens by assuring proper resources and planning for environmental emergencies. The LEPC is an active group of emergency responders, planners, business representatives, health care providers, elected officials, citizens and media that work together for the preservation of our environment. The Cecil County LEPC also acts as an advisory committee to the Cecil County Government in regard to emergency preparedness and response for hazardous materials and will fulfill any and all additional requirements articulated under the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA). Meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday of the month at the Department of Emergency Services.
