Cecil County Public Library

The Cecil County Public Library System (CCPL) has seven locations throughout Cecil County.  The  CCPL has a number of programs for children, adolescents, and adults.  Educational events are offered to meet the needs of Cecil residents.  With a staff that has grown to nearly one-hundred, the CCPL offers excellent customer-service and thrives on teamwork. 410-996-5600.
