In Spring 2024, the Office of Economic Development commissioned Hagerstown Publishing to create an agricultural magazine similar to those published in a few other Maryland counties but never before in Cecil County or the Eastern Shore in general. The 64-page magazine was delivered in record-time in September 2024 and contains information about farm stands and farmers’ markets, 4H, Calvert Grange, the Mars Maryland 5 Star at Fair Hill, farm recipes, and more! Physical copies of the magazine are being distributed all over the county, but the digital version is available here.
