Child Advocacy Center (CAC)
The Cecil County (CAC) brings together professionals from law enforcement, child protective services, the State’s Attorney’s Office, ChristianaCare Union Hospital, and mental health providers to function as a multidisciplinary team. This team addresses the needs of child victims and their families throughout the investigation, prosecution, and treatment of child abuse cases.

The Bridge (Domestic Violence Rape Crisis Center)
The Bridge provides short-term crisis intervention and therapeutic services to victims of intimate partner violence and sexual assault. Services may include temporary shelter for victims of intimate partner violence, advocacy, court and hospital accompaniment, crisis counseling, support groups, protective order assistance, and referrals to appropriate community resources.
Human Trafficking Task Force (CCHTTF)
The mission of the Cecil County Human Trafficking Task Force (CCHTTF) is to provide preventative efforts, community interventions and education, aid in the recovery of victims, and to stabilize survivors of human trafficking. Our protocols are designed to reduce the trauma to victims of exploitation, expedited the sharing of information, and enhance resources needed to conduct investigations, prosecutions and promote emotional healing for victims and their families.
Help Center
The mission statement of the Cecil County Help Center is to build and nurture community partnerships, provide resources to assist people in economic need, increase prevention efforts and protect vulnerable children and adults.
