• Struggling to find helpful resources for your child
• Seeking resources for your child but not sure how to access or pay for them
• Does your child display new behaviors that have you feeling alone, confused or not knowing what to do
• Navigating systems may appear confusing, chaotic, or apathetic

The Local Care Team office may assist with coordinating outreach services and connecting caregivers or parents to resources.

The Cecil County Local Care Team (LCT) is here for any family who needs assistance finding and connecting to resources. The Team :

• Meets with families to understand their challenges
• Brainstorm, share knowledge, advocate and develop strategies to help families thrive
• Link parents and children with behavioral health and wellness services
• Ongoing support is available by this office through exploring options from alternative resources

Members of the Local Care Team consist of representatives of our Community Partners including: Cecil County Local Management Board, Cecil County Department of Community Services Family Peer Support Navigation, Affiliated Santé Group, Bodhi Counseling, CASA Cecil County Mentor Program, Cecil County Department of Juvenile Services, Cecil County Department of Social Services, Cecil County Division Of Rehabilitation Services, Cecil County Health Department Division of Behavioral Health, Cecil County Public Schools, Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration, and Youth Empowerment Source.
