BOARD MEETING OPENING: 5:30 P.M.
Due to the current COVID 19 health crisis, we, the Cecil County Board of Parks & Recreation, are hosting this virtual meeting in compliance with the Open Meetings Act. The Attorney General advises us to provide the best possible opportunity for the public to observe and participate in our meetings. Once the meeting moves into Public Comment, the public must identify themselves before speaking. The Board Chairman will ensure there is a quorum.
