Gregory Shelton, the Founder and creative mind behind "Poplar Hall", alongside the dark & chilling writings of April Lindsey, has crafted a Walking Macabre that is sure to chill viewers to the bone this Fall. The Walk is an experience all it's own...a sort of mix between a mobile play performance, with storytelling by some of the tri-state areas best performers and hand written lore that even townspeople that live there have NEVER heard!
So come take a walk with us through Historic Chesapeake City, MD, and the eerie atmosphere of its 19th century Victorian setting. Learn about the Obscure Order of Revisionists, a secret society with a supernatural mission. Your guide, a Revisionist, will take you on a lantern-guided walk, throughout the town, while telling six chilling tales of strange events from the last hundred years. On your terrifying trek, your group MAY even encounter troubled spirits, some who haunt the town, still to this day.
Remember, dressing up in your favorite Victorian garb is ultimately the best way to enjoy this event. Also, consider making it an evening of dinner and spending the night in one of the amazing B & B's....please don't wait to get reservations for both ahead of time!
