Description: Another cult film becomes a cult musical with The Toxic Avenger. Melvin Ferd wants to clean up his town of Tromaville in New Jersey (it’s off the turnpike-exit 13B). His plan is brought to a halt when the mayor’s henchmen dump him into a vat of toxic waste-or does it? Melvin re-emerges as a 7 foot tall, mutant freak with superhuman strength, now called The Toxic Avenger. He’s New Jersey’s first superhero, and the town’s only hope. He’s going to save his town, woo the librarian, and end global warming in this comedic musical that will leave MST audiences rolling in the aisles!
