Participants will learn how to stretch silk over a form and creatively apply alcohol inks onto the silk scarf. Due to the nature of the interaction of the inks and the silk, there needs to be "dry time" between sessions. Depending on participants' designs, they may need to complete the project on their own time. Alcohol inks will be available for purchase. Participants will have the option of setting a Swarovski  crystal into their scarf at the second session. Upon completion, students can "steam set" the scarves on their own, or can have the instructor complete this process and pick up their scarves at the gallery at a designated time later.
