County Executive Alan McCarthy to hold Press Conference
On Proposed FY2018 Budget

Elkton - On Friday, March 31, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. County Executive Alan J. McCarthy will be holding a press conference at the County Administration Building, 200 Chesapeake Blvd., Elk Room, Elkton, MD 21921. The public is invited to attend.
Executive McCarthy will present the proposed Fiscal Year 2018 Budget message including major initiatives and priorities.
The Cecil County Charter states that “Not later than April 1st of each year, the Executive shall prepare and submit a proposed Budget to the Council for the ensuing fiscal year. The proposed Budget shall present a complete financial plan for the Government, reflecting anticipated revenues from all sources, expenditures, and any surplus or deficit in the general or special funds of the Government.”
