Celebrating May as Mental Health Awareness month, please join us at the Cecil County Arts Council for Upper Bay Counseling and Support Service’s 27th Annual, “Expressions of Healing” art exhibition. It’s a collection of works by those who participate with UBCSS.

The opening reception is on May 3, 2024, 5–8pm with light refreshments and live music!
Exhibit open during the month of May during regular gallery hours. All are welcome!
