The September 2022 Main Exhibit at the Cecil County Arts Council is “Worlds Reconnected,” featuring the artistry of Patricia Jepsen. The companion open show theme is “Community” and is open to works of all media. The Opening Reception is on September 2nd, 2022 from 5-8pm at the Cecil County Arts Council. There will be live music and refreshments. All are welcome!
