Citizen Scrap Tire Drop-off Day

• Introduction: This event is held in conjunction with the Maryland Department of the Environment and the
  Maryland Environmental Service (MES) to collect scrap tires from Cecil County residents, by
  providing a responsible disposal alternative, free of charge.
