1st course:

Paired with: Muffaletta Bruschetta with sweet basil pesto & roasted red pepper relish
2nd course:
Wine: Cavit Pinot Grigio
Paired with: Baby Mixed Green Salad with pickled beets, toasted pistachios, cornbread croutons, blueberry goat cheese, sweet onion vinaigrette
3rd course:
Wine: Chateau St Michelle Chardonnay
Paired with: Pancetta, boursin cheese & grilled asparagus stuffed chicken breast with sweet molasses-pomegranate glaze set atop parmesan truffle potatoes
4th course:
Wine: Tribute Cabernet Sauvignon
Paired with: Chocolate Mousse Parfait with fresh whipped cream & berries
