My family member is incarcerated in another state. Will they be brought back to Cecil County?

For security reasons, the Cecil County Sheriff’s Office does not disclose what prisoners are transported or where those prisoners are transported to or from. Your best option would be to attempt to contact that family member directly or the facility that is currently housing them.
Do I or someone in my family have a criminal charges or a warrant?

The Sheriff’s Office is not allowed to disclose criminal or personal information of others over the phone. A name search of the Maryland Judiciary Case Search database can tell you if you or someone you know has criminal charges in the state of Maryland.
Can the Sheriff's Office escort my event?

Yes, the Community Resources Unit can assist with your event, but typically would like at least two months notice prior to the event. For more information, please e-mail Sgt. Kalinsky at michael.kalinsky@ccdps.org.
