Cecil County Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual 

PUBLIC NOTICE 

The Cecil County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on August 10, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Elk Room of the County Administration Building, 200 Chesapeake Blvd., Elkton, MD to consider proposed amendments to the Cecil County Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual.

In summary, the proposed changes will provide for use of the employees accrued sick leave for an eligible dependent.  In addition, there will be a request to make changes to the Substance Abuse Prevention Policy for FTA Safety Sensitive Employees, as required by Federal Law.

The proposed changes and revised manual are available at the Department of Human Resources, 200 Chesapeake Blvd., Elkton, MD and at the Cecil County Government website www.ccgov.org
