Cecil County Wastewater User Rate Schedule
Public Hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners of Cecil County on November 17, 2009; Perryville Town Hall, 515 Broad Street, Perryville, MD; 7:00 p.m., to consider an increase to the Cecil County Wastewater User Rate Schedule as follows:

- User rates are charged quarterly.
- Minimum charge is 10,000 gallons quarterly.
- Lump sum rate calculated from a typical usage of 15,000 gallons per quarter.
- All living units, whether single-family townhouses, apartments, condominium, mobile homes, or manufactured homes, are to be considered residential in nature and shall not be considered as commercial development.
- In addition to Connection fees, applicant shall be solely responsible for all actual construction costs to connect to the water and sewer systems for any necessary extension of water or sewer lines to the project site.
THERE ARE NO CHANGES TO THE WATER USER RATE OR WATER AND SEWER CONNECTION FEES AT THIS TIME. ANY CHANGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO FURTHER STUDY AND REVIEW.
