Amendment to Chapter 200 Building Construction

Public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners of Cecil County on June 1, 2010; 2:00 p.m. at the County Administration Building, 200 Chesapeake Blvd., Elkton, MD  to amend certain sections of Chapter 200 Code of Cecil County, Building Construction of the Cecil County Code so as to replace the 2006 International Building Code and the 2006 International Residential Code with the 2009 International Building and 2009 International Residential Codes as adopted by the International Code Council and the State of Maryland as the applicable Building Codes to be applied to building Construction in Cecil County, Maryland.
