Amendment to Cecil County Code – Chapter 166 Ethics

 The Board of County Commissioners of Cecil County will hold a public hearing on August 17, 2010; 2:00 p.m. in the Elk Room at the County Administration Building, 200 Chesapeake Blvd., Elkton, MD to consider the following amendments to Chapter 166 of the Cecil County Code entitled; Ethics.

 In summary, the amendments revise certain definitions, define applicability, add an alternate member to the Commission, and provide for a budget for the investigation of complaints.
