In accordance with the Legal Notice posted in the Cecil Whig on July 7, 2010 and July 14, 2010, the Cecil County Department of Public Works Department has posted the following application and five (5) attachments for public view on this website relating to the Port Deposit to North East River AWWTP Sewer Interceptor Application for Federal Assistance:

·         SF 424D – Assurances – Construction Programs

·         Preliminary Engineering Report (as amended June 18, 2010)
