Amendment to Cecil County Stormwater Management Ordinance

Public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners of Cecil County on December 15, 2009; 7:00 p.m. at the County Administration Building, 200 Chesapeake Blvd., Elkton, MD  to repeal and reenact Chapter 251 Code of Cecil County, Stormwater Management Ordinance as mandated by the Maryland Department of the Environment and the Stormwater Management Act of 2007.
