PUBLIC HEARING:

Text Amendment, Subdivision Regulations - Amend Article III, Section 3.4 Penalties - Summary:  Proposes to add language to prohibit the advertisement for sale of unapproved lots.

Action deferred until the April 1, 2008 Commissioners Meeting

 Text Amendment, 2004 Master Water & Sewer Plan - The Wilna Farm (TM 20 Parcels 369, 618) request that the Water Service Area map be amended to include these parcels as a W3 service area and requests that the Sewer Service Area map be amended to include these parcels as a S3 service area.  KCI Technologies

 ACTION ITEMS:

Decision: Request for Chesapeake Bay Critical Area Growth Allocation from the Town of Elkton; Tax Map 323, Parcels 79, 91 & 454, Southside LLC, located along western end of Frenchtown Road, 64.22 acres from Resource Conservation Area (RCA) to Intensely Developed Area (IDA).
