  • Text Amendment to the Master Water & Sewer Plan - Summary:  Proposed language will amend the text of the Master Water & Sewer Plan to reflect the granting of a water franchise and wastewater franchise and the transfer of certain County assets for the Elkton West area by the Board of County Commissioners of Cecil County to Artesian Water Maryland, Inc., and Artesian Wastewater, Maryland, Inc.
