• Appointments
• Mutual Aid Agreement, between the Town of Perryville and the Cecil County Sheriff's Office, for Motor Vehicle Law Enforcement and Emergency Assistance
• Amendment to the 2004 Master Water & Sewer Plan, Proposed "S-1" Service Area, Bethel Spring, North East, MD, Tax Map 25, Parcel 794
• Program Open Space Reimbursement Request, Town of Charlestown, Safety Matting and Athletic Complex

All items listed above were approved by unanimous vote

•  Department of Public Works:

o   Bid No. 09-14-52636 Installation Traffic Barrier, McCauley Road Bridge

Bid was rejected by a three to two voteLockhart - N, Demmler - Y, Mullin - N, Tome - Y, Hodge - Y

 o   Deed with the Barry Montgomery Company, Inc., for the subdivision entitled Montgomery Oaks, Section 1, Phase II, 
Lots 10-22 & 46-48
