Invitation to Bid

Sealed proposals for "Advertising" opportunities on Cecil County Transit Buses as described in specifications for Cecil County
Government , Senior Services and Community Transit will be received from qualified bidders until 1:30 PM, June 12, 2007at the Purchasing Office, 218 North Street, Elkton, MD 21921.  Additional specifications and/or instructions to bidders may be
obtained at the same location or by calling the Purchasing Department (David Pyle, Purchasing Agent) at 410-996-5395.

Electronically submitted bid proposals will not be accepted.  Bid proposals will not be accepted from contractors who have not
obtained original plans and documents from the Cecil County Purchasing Department.

Upon request, the Purchasing Office will provide vendor lists to requesting parties for all solicitations published unless a vendor/contractor provides a written request barring the disclosure of their information until after specific proposal award.
