Development Process InformationThe following documents are meant to provide additional information about the development processes (both subdivision and land development) in Cecil County. Please contact the Office of Planning and Zoning at 410-996-5220 should any questions arise regarding this material.
Development Fee Schedule (.pdf) - For minor subdivisions, major subdivisions, re-subdivisions, and site plans (revised on 8/21/07).
Forest Stand Delineations & Forest Conservation Plans - One copy of each plan is required; there is no review fee.
Landscape Plan - One copy of the plan is required; there is no review fee.

Minor Subdivision Application(.pdf)- This is a copy of the tri-page carbon paper document that must be completed when submitting a minor subdivision for review and/or approval.

Site Plans - Five copies of the plan are required (six if the project is located within the Critical Area); there is a $250 review fee.
