Registration for all activities is accepted by mail or in person to the Cecil County Parks & Recreation Department:

Registration is on a first come - first served basis. Register early to secure your spot.
Refunds must be requested 1 week prior to the start of the class or activity. There will be a A $5.00 processing fee for all refunds.
The Cecil County Department of Parks & Recreation follows the Cecil County Public Schools calendar for school closings and inclement weather procedures. If schools close or cancel afterschool/evening activities, we too will cancel our afterschool/evening recreation classes.
Due to the difficulty in rescheduling league games, the Cecil Arena inclement weather policy regarding rentals, leagues, birthday parties and other scheduled events will be handled on a case by case basis. We will make every effort to be open and operational.
