OFFICE SERVICES SPECIALIST
Cecil County Department of Parks & Recreation department seeks an Office Services Specialist with a starting salary of $29, 453 per year.
Position Requirements: High School diploma or GED equivalent; Two (2) or more years secretarial experience; demonstrated computer skills in various software applications; and excellent telephone and customer service skills.
Duties: Include registration collection, logging, public relations, answering phones, collecting fees, filing, generating program and financial reports, inventory duties, scheduling meetings, reviewing program flyers and announcements prior to publication, and contacting dept. personnel with scheduling changes.
