COMPLIANCE CHECK AGENT – OVER 21 YRS
Cecil County Government Liquor Board is seeking a Compliance Check Agent with an hourly rate of $8.50. This position is part-time and funded under the Highway Safety Grant for the purpose of conducting inspections at licensed establishments that serve alcohol to ensure compliance with the law. It will be needed for a period of no more than 100 total working hours. Primarily works Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays; usually 6pm – 10pm. No benefits included.
Position requirements: High School Diploma or G.E.D.; Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and be able to impersonate and/or be viewed perceptually as a person who is younger than 21 years of age; valid driver's license.
Duties: Include working with alcoholic beverage licensees regarding underage drinking in coordination with the Operation Stay Alert program; documenting all findings for each establishment; must be able to attend and testify in court proceedings, if necessary.

CUSTODIAN - ON/CALL
Custodian – O/C with an hourly rate of $11.59. This person serves as needed when FT/PT county employees cannot work regular shift. Amount of hours are strictly based on availability and are not guaranteed. Benefits are not included with this position. Great opportunity toward future advancement!
Position requirements: High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required; must pass a background investigation; and must possess valid Drivers' License. Must be able to work during 1st and 2nd shift hour times.
Duties: Include routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, and other public areas of various County buildings; experience cleaning/buffing floors is preferred, but not required; other duties as assigned.
