Beef patties, ground beef, rib eye, NY strip, filet, sirloin. All beef is vacuum packed and frozen for freshness and safety. All of their beef is processed through a USDA inspected facility 30 miles from the farm. All cattle are born on their farms. All of the grains and forages fed to the cattle are grown on their farms. No hormones or antibiotics are used in the production of their beef.
