Jim Mullin began serving his first term as Commissioner of the First District on December 8, 2008.  He holds a professional license as a certified residential real property appraiser in the State of Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Commissioner Mullin will represent the Board of Commissioners as a member of the following organizations:

• Maryland Rural Development Corporation
• Parks and Recreation Board (alternate)
• Wilmington Area Planning Council (WILMAPCO)
• Upper Shore Regional Council (Secretary)
